Jacqueline + Adam held their intimate wedding at the Casitas Estate in Arroyo Grande. These two were such a joy to have as clients. Jacqueline has this lovely timeless + easy going way about her and Adam is the most genuine grounded guy you’d ever meet. Together they have a sweet flow that made me feel like I was hanging out with dear friends all day - taking some amazing photos along the way, of course ;)

Before the ceremony, Jacqueline + Adam prioritized doing a “first touch” so they could connect and share their heartfelt personal vows with each other. Moments like this always make me pause and sink deeper into thankfulness that I get to be present with something so priceless. When I asked them why they chose the Casitas as their venue, they said it felt like the perfect environment to bring together their loved ones in an elegant yet relaxed way - which is also one of the main reasons the Casitas is my favorite estate venue here in San Luis Obispo. It’s a total gem that balances luxury with relaxed Central Coast vibes perfectly.

The bridesmaids were wearing gorgeous silk terracotta dresses that went so well with the backdrop of the Spanish tiled buildings. A palette of colorful bright pink florals throughout the property brought some added pop to the lovely decor and lush green landscape. I’d have to say the brightly colored floral hedge at the ceremony site was my favorite decor element of the day!

The ceremony and reception rolled out at a joyful and easy going pace thanks to the coordination of Janet and the Sandcastle Celebrations team. Janet is my absolute favorite coordinator to work with at the Casitas. Not only does she have years of expertise, but her joyful and professional demeanor create the best atmosphere for our clients and guests. She cares deeply about her clients and is a total pro at managing all the big and small things that make a wedding day perfect.
